Barker-Mill Estates owns a total area of circa 4,000 acres of which the farmland – mainly livestock and grazing – is let on various agricultural tenancies including numerous pony grazing agreements in the New Forest and South Western side of Southampton. This land has often been let to families across the generations.
Approximately 1,500 acres of this 4,000 acres is woodland of which 1,000 acres is in one block of managed woodland.
